Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using BetTracker (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
BetTracker is a personal sports betting record-keeping and analytics tool. The App allows users to log bets, track performance, and view statistics. BetTracker does not facilitate actual sports betting, accept wagers, or handle any money. We are not a sportsbook, betting exchange, or financial institution.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 in jurisdictions where that is the legal minimum gambling age) to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction before using any affiliated sportsbook links.
3. No Gambling Advice or Financial Advice
The App provides information and analytics for personal record-keeping purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes gambling advice, financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place any bet or wager.
We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of any insights, statistics, or “Edge Finder” analysis provided. Past performance does not guarantee future results. All betting involves substantial risk of financial loss.
4. No Guarantee of Winnings
We expressly disclaim any suggestion or implication that use of the App will result in profitable betting outcomes.
Sports betting is inherently unpredictable. Any analytics or insights provided are based solely on your own historical data and carry no predictive value for future outcomes. You assume all risk for any betting decisions you make.
5. User Accounts and Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your account or allow others to access it. You are solely responsible for all bets tracked and any real-money gambling activity you engage in outside the App.
6. Subscription Terms
BetTracker Pro is offered on the following subscription plans:
- Monthly: $9.99/month
- Annual: $99.99/year
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period and may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed. After the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices are in USD and may vary by region.
7. One-Time Purchases
Certain features may be available as one-time purchases. All sales are final. One-time purchases grant a perpetual license to use the purchased feature on your account for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law (including consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction).
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, contact us at bettracker.app.support@gmail.com. For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are governed by the respective platform's refund policies.
9. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Sportsbooks
The App may display affiliate links to third-party sportsbooks. If you sign up and deposit through these links, we may receive a referral commission. This does not affect your odds or terms with the sportsbook. We are not responsible for the products, services, or terms of any third-party sportsbook. All affiliate promotions are subject to applicable state laws and the sportsbook's own terms.
10. Community Features
You agree not to post picks, comments, or content that is fraudulent, misleading, illegal, or harmful. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion. Public picks shared in the community are for entertainment and informational purposes only and do not constitute betting advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BetTracker, its owners, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App or any betting decisions you make.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, except where prohibited by law.
